Q:What if I'm not satisfied? Answer
A:If you don't like our products, please simply return them to us and we will refund your money without any hassle. Please make sure the merchandise is not used and the plastic wrapping around the bands are not removed before sending them back. We will not refund your money on used products. Make sure you read our return policies before ordering. Please include all the original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories in your package. A:Please send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. In order to process a replacement or refund you must return the items you received at your expense within 7 working and provide a tracking number.
Q:Do you ship worldwide? Answer
A:Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, but we do not ship to the following countries due to high shipping cost and harsh customs clearance issues: Japan, Korea (DPR), Korea (South), Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Austria and Belgium.
Q:How do you ship my order? Answer
A:We offer door to door courier services for all orders. You will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours once we have order mailed out, so you can track the progress of your shipment on the internet. You don't have to worry about customs clearance issues as we declare the parcel as a gift at a low value, around $50 per box. But in off chance the customs in your country is charging an import duty, we will not be responsible.
Q:Do you charge sales tax or should I pay import duty? Answer
A::No, we don't charge any sales tax or import duty, but if customs in your country is claiming any import charges, we will not be responsible for that. Chances are slim that customs charge occurs.
Q:Can you ship to a P.O Box? Answer
A:No. We use a courier company to deliver the box to your door. An adult must be available to sign for the package

A:We offer Free shipping to Australia, Cambodia, Canada, China, France, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singpapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States on orders over $150.
Shipping cost $25 per order for orders less than $99.
All orders to other destinations not included above will be charged for shipping according to the following standards.
$50 per item in retail orders less than 1000USD.
$80 for 2 items in retail orders less than 1000USD.
$90 for 3 items in retail orders less than 1000USD.
$100 for 4 or more items in retail orders less than 1000USD
$20 per bag or wallet in wholesale orders over 1000USD.
Q:How long will it take for me to receive my order? Answer
A:Shipping takes 6-9 days worldwide. A tracking number will be sent to you within 24-48 hours so you can track the progress of your order online. Please allow up to 4 days for the shipping company to update the information on their website.
Q:What if the shipment is lost or missing in the customs? Answer
A:A replacement shipment will be offered at our own expense.
