What is the Reward Point Program?
Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at PursesMama, you will be rewarded Shopping Points for the money you spend and you'll be able to use those points to pay for any of future purchases at PursesMama. Besides shopping, you can win reward points for your first registry, writing product reviews and creating feedbacks.
How it works?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order is used to calculate the amount of reward points earned. These points are added to your Reward Points account. Please note that shipping fees and taxes are not included.
What are the Points and Values?
Currently, for every $1.00 you spend at PursesMama you'll earn 1 Point. Each Point is worth $0.05. For example:
Product Cost: $100.00
Reward Points Earned: 100
Value of Points Earned: $5.00

How can I redeem my Reward Points?
If you have a balance of more than 100 points in your Reward Points Account, you can redeem the points to a Gift Certificate in relevant value, which you can use to pay for any of your purchases made at PursesMama.
Log in to your account, click Reward Points at the bottom right in Account Setting, choose a balance and hit submit. You will receive an email at your registered email address including the Gift Certificate.

Is there any minimum purchase amount required?
Currently, no minimum is required on your purchase to win Reward Points, but you will need at least 100 Reward Points in your account before redemption can take place. No maximum limit on redeeming Reward Points.
How do I earn Reward Points?
We have 4 categories of reward points for our clients. You can earn Reward Points accordingly in the following ways:
1. New registry reward. Every new registered member will get 100 reward points for their registry.
2. Shopping reward. Successful checkout will add you the relevant reward points in your account.
3. Product review reward. As long as the review you submitted is published, you will be rewarded
10/20/30/40/50 points according to the grade you give on the product and our services.
4. User feedback reward. Creating user feedbacks and giving suggestions on our products and services are
highly appreciated and therefore we will reward your account 10/20/30/40/50 points once your suggestions
are taken.
Do I get points for shipping fees and taxes?
No, when calculating the amount of points earned, we do not include the shipping fees or the taxes charged.
Do I earn points for purchases paid with Reward Points or Gift Certificates/Coupon Codes?
Yes. Please note any purchase paid with Reward Points or Gift Certificates/Coupon Codes will be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent.
What are your conditions of use for this program?
1. Reward Points are only available to PursesMama registered members.
2. Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at PursesMama.
3. Reward Points are non-refundable (not even for cancelled orders) and can't be transferred among members.
4. Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
5. When paying with Reward Points, you will still have to select another payment method to finish the payment if
there is a difference. If you don’t continue and finish the payment, the Reward Points are not going to be
refunded.
6. When calculating the amount of points earned shipping fees and taxes are excluded unless other.
