We offer Guaranteed Express Shipping (takes 7-10 working days) worldwide and Free Shipping Over $150 to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and most Southeast Asian countries.
Orders to other destinations not mentioned above will be charged for shipping according to the following standards.
• $50 per item in retail orders less than 1000USD.
• $80 for 2 items in retail orders less than 1000USD.
• $90 for 3 items in retail orders less than 1000USD.
• $100 for 4 or more items in retail orders less than 1000USD.
• $20 per item in wholesale orders over 1000USD.
Currently all deliveries must be made to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise. PursesMama does not ship to P.O. Box address and requires an adult to sign for the package.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once you click the "Place Order" button, you will receive an email confirming your PursesMama order number and the shipping details. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check out your trash box and add sales@handbagsmama.com to your contact list.
We usually ship your order within 24 hours after payment is made. Once your order is shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. You can track the parcel on the website(s) suggested in the email, but please allow 2-3 days for updates. Delivery will be made in 7-10 working days.
Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
• "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses are not the same.
• An order is pending a credit approval and verification.
• A product is currently out of stock.
• An order requires special customization.
• An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized, we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.
